Fixed client side Lily Pad placement.
Fixed the SoundSystem consistently failing to initialize when certain operating system and LWJGL2 combinations are used.
Fixed NotFine detection failing when it is embedded into Angelica.
LAN port override now disables itself if Hodgepodge is installed.
Made the leaf decay range fix less invasive so it does not conflict with an upcoming mod.
The fireball sound fix now requires TX Loader and will disable itself if it is not installed.
