Additions

• Translations have been updated for zh_tw, Chinese (Traditional) (Credits: @DEEMsss)
• Translations have been updated for ru_ru, Russian (Credits: @Serperch)

Changes

• Cleaver piercing damage fall off has been tweaked from -15% per entity passed to -20% per entity passed
• Serrated Strike on thrown Cleavers now inflicts Serrated for 3 seconds if the target does not have Serrated however if they do have Serrated they will be inflicted for 1.5 seconds instead
• Serrated Strike now adds 1 second (per level) of time to the duration instead of adding 1 tick (per level)
• Serrated Strike no longer does anything on melee hits with a Cleaver
• Persistence's Slowness effect has been decreased from 3 seconds to 2 seconds

Fixes

• Fixed a crash upon placing a Stained Scrap Grate (Credits: @Hecco56)
• Fixed the inability to duplicate Allays with Amethyst Shards
