Mortar (and Pastels)

Added 8 new dye colors and all the blocks and items that come with them.

Added Blue Amaranth and Snapdragon flowers, which craft into Slate and Salmon dye respectively.

Added several of the new blocks to vanilla structures & biomes, including the beds in Villages & Trial Chambers and Blue Amaranths in Meadows. As a result of this, Lithostitched is now a required dependency.

Altered multiple vanilla dye crafting recipes to craft Mortar dyes.

Added Chiseled Andesite/Granite/Diorite/Calcite Bricks.
