Fixed Stronghold Cured Villager trades Fixed infested creepers in strongholds leaving infinite Fixed loot table issues

Fixed 1.20.5 loot table issues Balance changes to the loot tables (reduced numbers of items per chest)
Fixed the surface stronghold processor list (replaced minecraft:carved_pumkin with minecraft:carved_pumpkin)
- Raised Stronghold Step Size to 9 (that means worse loading times for /locate and eyes of ender but bigger stronghold.), (that means its not backportable since that is an 1.20.3 feature)
- Added Decorated Pots with random Loot (that means its not backportable since that is an 1.20.3 feature)
Important: To get Loot from pots you require Minecraft at least on 23w44a, otherwise they drop nothing but bricks.
Adds Pots in place of chest placements sometimes Tick file removed so it doesn't screw with other datapacks and mods
