Nice Villager Type Changer

Changes:

• added menu to configure chance for type changer items: /function villager_type_changer

Changes:

• increased chance for Villager to change its type from 5% to 15%

Instead of using shears to change a Villager type the data pack now utilizes biome specific items which have a 5 percent chance to change a type. It is now also only possible to change a Villager type when it has no profession.

• Dead Bush: Desert
• Jungle Sapling: Jungle
• Oak Sapling: Plains
• Acacia Sapling: Savanna
• Snow: Snow
• Mangrove Propagule: Swamp
• Spruce Sapling: Taiga

• added shears as trade for shepherd villagers

• added shears as trades to wandering traders (should not conflict with other wandering traders datapacks)

• changed some loot for bartering to more fitting items

• limited bartering with villagers to only bread
• villagers now mostly give out shears of their own type
• villager types now all have their own small loot pool for bartering which fits their type
• increased chance of getting something in return from bartering
• added a small chance to get a shear of any kind from bartering
• added some advancements

• changed from honey bottles as key item to shears
• changed color of item names
• added an optional resource pack for the shears
