Memory Clear : Refabricated

It can clear your memory to optimize game. It is more effective for large modpacks and low computers. If you have a lot of memory, this mod will hardly be effective. You can use JVM Parameters: -XX:+ExplicitGCInvokesConcurrent to reduces lagging when cleaning.
