server crash fix
change: -if the player has a mod that makes the third person model show up in first person view then you can disable the rendering of the displayed items from weaponmaster in first person view.
config changes: -because many people complained, now mainhand and offhand toggle is false by default
-fix for crash at start

-item enchantment look wont show up on other players

-crash fixed when joining a server that does not have weaponmaster installed and player opens settings window
